Blanket Ministry (2)

Blanket Ministry

St. Frederick & St. Stephen Church hosts the monthly meetings of the inter-denominational Edisto Blanket Ministry. The Blanket Ministry began in 2007 by several ladies including St. Frederick & St. Stephen’s former parishioner, Joan Mack. Blankets are given to those who have lost loved ones and those experiencing life’s challenges. Throughout the years, over 1,000 people have experienced the warmth, prayers, and love that come along with each blanket. The Ministry meets the first Wednesday of each month throughout the school year. Please contact parishioner Lee Wenthe at 478-696-2350 for more information about the Edisto Blanket Ministry. Everyone is invited to join in fellowship & prayer as we make blankets to meet the needs of the Edisto community.
